Role Description

As a Founding Engineer at CYBRET AI, you will help design and build the core of an autonomous security platform from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where you write critical code, shape system architecture, and influence long-term technical direction.

You will work on.

• Designing and implementing AI-driven security systems
• Building scalable, high-performance architectures
• Developing core infrastructure, data pipelines, and reasoning layers
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-tested code
• Contributing directly to product and research decisions

This is a full-time, remote role with real ownership, real responsibility, and real impact. You will be one of the engineers who defines what CYBRET AI becomes.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python, C++, or Java
• Experience building scalable systems and architectures
• Solid understanding of AI / Machine Learning, including model design and data workflows
• Good knowledge of knowledge graphs and graph-based reasoning
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including threats, vulnerabilities, and system defense
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to reason about complex systems

Nice to have

• Strong passion in always learning and deep curiosity
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms and distributed systems
• Prior experience in startups or research-heavy environments
• Background in security operations, SOC tooling, or threat research

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but exceptional experience outweighs formal credentials.
