- Execute light layout and structural changes to the website
- Update and manage website content in a timely manner
- Add individual elements and features to enhance user experience
- Optimize existing pages for performance and accessibility
- Collaborate remotely with the organization to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure all updates maintain the website’s visual consistency and technical integrity
- Proven experience in web development, preferably with nonprofit or small business websites
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to implement small-scale changes efficiently
- Experience with website optimization for speed and accessibility
