As an Application Specialist HR (f/m/x), you optimize technical processes and shape the digital system landscape, acting as an efficient and forward-thinking interface between HR, departments, and external partners.

Job Description

• Support and further development of the existing HR system landscape for over 4,700 users
• Analysis and optimization of systems in collaboration with various departments
• Participation in international transformation projects
• Coordination of external partners for the implementation and enhancement of solutions
• Error analysis and resolution (2nd level support, no 1st level)
• Creation of IT specifications, documentation, and guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• Completed IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or Technical University) or equivalent professional experience
• Technical affinity and understanding of interfaces, workflows, and automation
• Experience in supporting IT solutions and applications
• Knowledge of HR software solutions (e.g., SAP HCM, Workday, etc.) is an advantage
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to continue learning and openness to new IT trends

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is €4.000 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
