FuturWork is a fast-growing consulting company operating across three strategic verticals:

  • Cybersecurity
  • AI
  • IT Strategy & Management
  • We work with major corporate clients (banks, utilities, public institutions, scale-ups) and operate a modern ecosystem combining consulting, a start-up studio, and an academy.


    Our ambition: grow from 40 to 80 consultants over the next 6 months — and we are building a new generation of sales leaders to support this scale-up.


    Mission

    As a Junior Sales / Business Developer, you play a key role in expanding FuturWork’s client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and supporting our consultants on new missions.

    You will be trained intensively on IT consulting sales, key account strategy, negotiation, and AI-assisted business development using our internal SaaS tools.

    This role is ideal for someone hungry to learn, ambitious, and ready to grow fast in a high-energy consulting environment.


    Key Responsibilities

    1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

    • Identify and open new accounts (banks, energy, public sector, consulting firms).
    • Maintain a daily outreach routine: email, LinkedIn, calls, and targeted campaigns.
    • Qualify client needs and identify consulting opportunities.
    • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams.

    2. Mission Scouting & Opportunity Matching

    • Use FuturWork’s AI tools to score & prioritize consulting opportunities.
    • Match consultants to mission descriptions and prepare client submissions.

    3. Account Management

    • Support the full sales cycle: qualification → pitch → proposal → negotiation.
    • Track and update CRM/ATS (BoondManager).
    • Follow ongoing missions and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Prepare account plans and commercial strategy for top accounts.

    4. Collaboration With Internal Teams

    • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to understand candidate pipelines.
    • Coordinate with consultants to present them effectively to clients.
    • Support business reviews, reporting, and pipeline reviews.

    5. Growth & Learning

    • Follow the FuturWork sales academy curriculum (commercial skills, IT basics, cybersecurity, AI).
    • Become autonomous in managing a set of clients and consultants.


    Required Skills (Junior Level)

    Hard Skills

    • Strong interest in tech, consulting, and digital transformation.
    • Excellent written & spoken communication (French or Dutch + English).
    • Basic understanding of IT roles (Developer, Cloud Engineer, Cyber Analyst…) — training provided.
    • Fast learner with strong analytical abilities.
    • Comfortable using CRM/ATS tools (training provided).
