Rollic is an Istanbul-based game developer and publisher.


Founded in 2019 and acquired in October 2020 by Zynga, who joined the Take-Two roof as of May 2022.


Rollic has over 3.5 billion downloads across its diverse portfolio of games and, thanks to an intensive development process utilizing a massive test pipeline, has a steady cadence of globally hit titles such as Color Block Jam, Timeline Up, Crowd Express: Boarding Puzzle, Hole People, and Knit Out, all of which have gained millions of downloads worldwide within a few months after their release.


We are opening applications for our Winter Internship program across multiple departments:


Product:

The Product team leads the strategy, design, and performance management of Rollic’s games across multiple genres, including content planning and level design. They use data, player insights, and close collaboration with studios and internal teams to enhance engagement, retention, and long-term success.


Creative:

The Creative Team produces all visual and audio assets that support Rollic’s games, including ads, gameplay visuals, and interactive creatives. By analyzing performance data, they continually refine these assets to improve player engagement and overall creative impact.


Revenue Operations:

The Revenue Operations Team drives scalable growth by managing user acquisition, monetization, and overall revenue performance. Through continuous data analysis and strategic optimization, they maximize the profitability and market reach of Rollic’s games.


Technology:

The Technology Team builds and maintains the infrastructure, tools, AI systems, and SDKs that power Rollic’s games and internal platforms. By developing scalable software solutions and advanced data pipelines, they enable seamless operations and support data-driven innovation across all teams.


Program Duration:

Winter Internships last 2 months, from January to March.


Who we are looking for:

Hiring Process

After receiving your application, we will review it and inform you about the next steps via email. The first stage will be a role-based assessment process. If you progress, you’ll be invited to complete a case study designed specifically for the role. Successful candidates will then move on to a video interview with one of our recruiters and team members. In the final interview, you’ll meet one of our team leads and have the opportunity to discuss the internship details in depth.

Throughout the interview process, we will assess your excitement for the role, technical expertise, and curiosity about the mobile gaming world.
