About Efsora

Efsora is an AI-enabled software lab building next-generation platforms across healthcare, education, finance, and complex enterprise systems. We work with a high-velocity, discovery-to-delivery approach where UX, engineering, and AI collaborate tightly.

We’re looking for a UX Designer who can drive product decisions, shape end-to-end user flows, and also execute UI at a level that supports clean engineering handoff, leveraging both traditional design practices and AI design tools.

What You’ll Do

• Own UX strategy across discovery, flows, IA, and interaction patterns
• Turn complex requirements into clear, elegant user journeys and prototypes
• Produce UI screens using a combination of Figma + AI design tools (Figma Make, Lovable, v0, etc.)
• Deliver engineering-ready design outputs (tokens, components, specs, annotations)
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to refine requirements and ensure feasibility
• Lead fast validation cycles and iterative UX improvements
• Help push Efsora’s AI-enabled design workflow forward

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years UX/ Product Design experience
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments
• Strong UX foundation: IA, flows, interaction patterns, problem framing
• Ability to produce clean, consistent UI suitable for developer handoff
• Deep Figma proficiency (auto-layout, components, variants, tokens, specs)
• AI-native design mindset: Writes structured prompts for UI/flow generation, iterates with AI tools to speed up concepting and refinement, comfortable co-creating UI directions with AI tools
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English
• Ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams
• Curiosity, ownership, and comfort working in ambiguous product spaces

Nice to Have

• Experience building a full design system from scratch
• UI spec writing, interaction guidelines, or component documentation
• UX research exposure (interviews, usability tests, surveys)
• Understanding of AI-enabled software development pipelines
