TechArabia is looking for a young, ambitious, and forward-thinking Head of Product & Development to lead our product vision and engineering strategy across our platforms, including Fortender. You will drive an Ai-powered development culture built for speed, innovation, and modern engineering standards.

• Own the full product lifecycle and deliver a strong, aligned product roadmap.
• Work closely with founders and customers to translate needs into features.
• Lead and mentor the development team, setting modern best practices.
• Drive an AI-first workflow, ensuring fast, efficient, and future-ready development.

• Oversee development using the MERN Stack and contribute directly when needed.
• Support Python-based and AI-integrated projects.
• Ensure clean architecture, scalability, and high performance.
• Implement version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and quality standards.

• Manage infrastructure hosted on AWS and ensure reliable deployment pipelines.
• Optimize performance, scalability, cost, and security.
• Oversee system health, uptime, and disaster recovery readiness.

• Integrate AI tools, ML models, automation frameworks, and next-gen methodologies.
• Replace slow, traditional coding habits with fast, modern, AI-assisted workflows.
• Identify and deliver AI-powered product features.

• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN).
• Solid experience with Python.
• Mandatory experience in AI-assisted coding, LLMs, or ML integrations.
• Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM, VPC).
• Strong understanding of architecture, microservices, and system design.

• Proven experience leading development or product teams.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to turn business needs into tech solutions.
• Experience in SaaS development is a major plus.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform).
• Experience with procurement, construction tech, or enterprise systems.
• Basic UI/UX understanding.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
