Wymagania
- Develop innovative and detailed design solutions that meet complex technical requirements while collaborating closely with other design disciplines.
- Create sustainable CMF (Color, Material, Finish) concepts, working with suppliers and in-house trim and PaintShop teams to translate ideas into physical prototypes.
- Focus extensively on pattern development in both 2D and 3D across various application areas.
- Conduct thorough benchmarking and research, maintaining a fact-based approach to design.
- Produce comprehensive CMF definition documents and oversee CMF releases in alignment with design gateways and property plans.
- Prepare and deliver both physical and digital presentations, participating in weekly design reviews with stakeholders and project teams.
- Represent CMF in project and engineering meetings for assigned projects.
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with R&D, project management, and marketing teams in China.
- Contribute to the CMF community by taking on non-project tasks, participating in workshops, and helping to shape CMF strategies.
