Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate internal talent needs and allocation: Liaise with various business units to quickly meet staffing needs through internal allocation, external recruitment, and flexible employment.
2. Build and operate the Anton talent pool: Establish a unified talent pool and talent inventory mechanism to provide talent support for the group's strategy and major projects.
3. Expand human resources service business: Develop labor dispatch, outsourcing, RPO, and flexible employment services for the external market to achieve business targets.
4. Support group sales and major projects: Participate in bidding and business negotiations, providing human resources solutions and ensuring project staffing delivery.
5. Take full responsibility for company operations and team management: Be accountable for operating results, compliance, and risks; build and lead the business/operations/recruitment teams to achieve performance targets.
Job Requirements
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: 8-10 years of work experience, including at least 5 years of management experience in the human resources service industry or related fields; positions such as General Manager, Deputy General Manager, or Regional Manager in human resources service companies/outsourcing companies/headhunting firms; management of HRBP, recruitment center, flexible staffing, and shared services modules in large oil and gas groups; experience in building a business team from scratch is preferred.
3. Professional Skills: Familiar with human resources service industry business models (such as labor dispatch, business outsourcing, flexible staffing, RPO, etc.), and understand industry regulations and labor laws.
Strong market development capabilities, able to independently participate in and drive the development of important clients and the signing of large projects.
Strong resource integration and project management capabilities, able to coordinate internal and external resources to complete cross-departmental collaboration.
Good data analysis skills, with a clear ability to analyze and control human resource costs, employment efficiency, and project returns.
4. Other Skills: Fluent in English as a working language, with a global perspective and strong office skills.
Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Able to understand business needs from a group-wide perspective and design appropriate talent and staffing strategies.
Organizational Coordination and Communication Influence: Skilled at facilitating horizontal collaboration within the group and representing the company externally in meetings with clients and partners.
Learning and Innovation Capabilities: Pays attention to new models and policies in the human resources services industry and is willing to explore innovative staffing methods suitable for Anton.
