Cregis is a Web3 solution platform, specializing in crypto asset management tools and solutions since 2017. We've served over 3,200 clients, including exchanges, blockchain projects, and crypto funds, with a daily on-chain transaction flow exceeding $30 million.


We offer four key solutions:


🔹 Institutional Self-Custody MPC Wallet – Secure digital asset storage for institutions.

🔹 Crypto Payment Gateways – Seamless crypto payment processing for merchants.

🔹 Up to 70% Discounted TRON Energy – Cost-effective TRON blockchain transactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through networking, research, marketing campaigns, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Deliver prompt, professional, and effective customer service and issue resolution for Cregis’s affiliates and users.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure efficient feedback loops and service enhancements.
  • Expand and maintain a strong pipeline of clients; foster long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Strengthen Cregis’s presence and credibility in the local and regional markets.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Support occasional public affairs or regulatory engagements when needed, representing Cregis in relevant local discussions or industry interactions.
  • Be available for on-site responsibilities or urgent matters — flexibility and timely responsiveness are highly preferred.


Requirements:

  • Proven enterprise sales experience in software, financial services, Web3/blockchain, fintech, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong familiarity with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
  • Background in financial services, cybersecurity, or digital assets is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and close high-value deals.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive, “hunter” mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (Russian) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle time-sensitive tasks with agility.
