Function
Overall responsible for Process Systems, providing supervision, direction, and guidance with regards to:
- Execution of Commissioning activities assigned by the Comm System Lead on dedicated systems
- Verify Construction Field installations are according to design/ISO/P&IDs in collaboration with System Lead
- Knowledge/knowledge of reading/understanding P&ID’s and ISO’s
- Participate in check-out, verification (Walk Down/Yellow line) according to the RFCC Hand-Over Process
- Plan and facilitate for check-out/execution of static commissioning
- Plan and facilitate for Dynamic Commissioning activities
- Participate in meetings for planning Commissioning activities According to good Alliance practice, ensure good communication between operation, maintenance, contractors, and suppliers Daily reporting to the Commissioning Field Lead regarding ongoing Commissioning activities Liason and align with the Commissioning Utility Lead with regards to temporary supplies Updates of Master Dossier for P&ID Red-line Mark-up, Valve and Blinding list according to System Lead’s instructions
- Assist with the collection of documentation related to decommissioning of temporary systems
- Contribute and advice related to Process input to overall Completion strategy and planning Manage related ATS and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for Process Systems Commissioning.
- Witness contractor/supplier tests as necessary (FAT/SAT) Develop and review relevant commissioning procedures.
- Implement the commissioning scope.
- Contribute to a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
- Participate in MC walkdowns
