Role Summary


The Manager, Data Strategy and Value Creation (Provider Focus) plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-impact, data-driven initiatives across the Pure Health and its entities. The role partners with executive leadership, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement high-value use cases that drive measurable revenue uplift, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and improved patient experience.


This leader brings together advanced analytics, AI/ML, digital transformation, and strong business acumen, and acts as the connector between the data organization and healthcare entities. The role requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, and the ability to transform complex challenges into actionable strategies and roadmaps.


Key Objectives


Value Creation & Analytics Leadership

  • Identify and prioritise data-driven opportunities that align with organizational strategy and business goals.
  • Develop prescriptive insights and translate analytics into tangible financial, operational, or clinical impact.
  • Oversee the measurement and reporting of ROI for deployed use cases.

Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy Enablement

  • Build trusted, strategic relationships across PureHealth Group (PHG) entities.
  • Collaborate with leaders to align on priorities, resource requirements, and change-management needs.
  • Communicate insights, recommendations, and impact effectively to senior and C-suite stakeholders.

Use Case Delivery & Execution Excellence

  • Together with stakeholders and entity leads, provide end-to-end delivery of high-value initiatives-from problem framing to pilot to full deployment.
  • Drive cross-functional teams and ensure timelines, quality of output, and expected impact are met.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and ensure continuous improvement of existing solutions.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor business analysts and cross-functional teams.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and analytical excellence.
  • Stay abreast of global advancements in AI, ML, automation, and healthcare analytics.


Key Responsibilities


Value Identification & Business Impact

  • Identify and assess new use cases across revenue, cost, operational efficiency, and patient experience.
  • Build business cases with clear ROI, impact quantification, and implementation plans.
  • Drive adoption of data and AI solutions across PHG and its entities.

Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Translate complex data insights into simple, actionable business recommendations.
  • Define the analytical approaches required (e.g., segmentation, forecasting, predictive analytics).
  • Ensure data-driven decisions support strategic organizational goals.

Execution & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver initiatives successfully.
  • Monitor KPIs for deployed use cases; evaluate performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure alignment with project timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder & CXO Engagement

  • Prepare compelling presentations, reports, and value-communication materials.
  • Present confidently to CXOs, providing clear messages and guidance.
  • Manage ambiguity, influence without authority, and navigate diverse stakeholder needs.

Team, Governance & Collaboration

  • Guide analysts and team members in structuring complex problems and insights.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, IT, digital transformation, and clinical teams.
  • Work with stakeholders to motivate and support ingestion of new data sources.


Academic/Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Statistics or related major or equivalent business experience. Master degree preferred.


Ideal Candidate


  • Recent experience as a program, and analytically minded data analytics manager in a relevant organization preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data science and advanced analytics.
  • Relevant and direct experience in deploying use cases based on business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • A strong team and customer-focused manager with a demonstrated ability to manage a talented data team in a complex, global business environment.
  • Significant experience in developing successful strategic initiatives to deliver value based on business objectives, insights and ROI.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus but not mandatory
