Purpose
Owns the program’s KPI, benefits realization, and reporting frameworks. Consolidates data from all project managers to produce timely, value-centric dashboards and executive reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collect, validate, and consolidate weekly project updates.
- Manage RAID logs, dependencies, and governance cadence.
- Produce weekly dashboards and monthly executive reports.
- Track benefits realization and performance against baselines.
- Support the Program Manager in Steering Committee preparation.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–8+ years in PMO or program governance roles.
- Proven experience in KPI development and benefits tracking.
- Advanced Excel/Power BI and PowerPoint reporting skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
