As an Android Developer, you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring and bold mission.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

• Senior Android Developer is responsible for development, implementation and validation of native code using both Android platform in conjunction with custom hardware devices and mobile applications.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•  Architect and maintain native Android application using a modern tech stack.
•  Assign tasks to junior and mid-level Android developers based on skillset, workload, and project priorities.
• Perform regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Provide constructive feedback to help team members grow technically.
• Ensure consistency and maintainability across the codebase.
• Validate that completed features meet the intended use cases and quality benchmarks before deployment.
• Continuously research, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to improve development efficiency.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar mobile development role.
• Strong experience building mobile app architectures from scratch.
• Proficiency in Kotlin
• Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and Jetpack Compose.
• Solid experience working with Bluetooth Low Energy
• Experience with REST APIs and local data storage (e.g., SQLite, Room, Core Data, Preferences).
• Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience with OpenGL ES for custom graphics rendering.
