JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develops systems, processes, programs and solutions to identify and meet the IT-Information technology needs of the Company, in close and effective coordination with all other departments and units
• Designs, develops, coordinates and implements software development projects in accordance with the company's needs and expectations
• Performs planning, organization, execution, coordination and control functions that will ensure regular running of all software development operations.
• Works to maximize the efficiency of the company by identifying the right technology
• Gets technical and legal measures to ensure information security
• Prepares software that will contribute to company policies and harmonizes it with user needs
• Produces solutions with its team to ensure the regular operation of faulty software
• Tests the prepared software system, checks whether it works regularly and decides on the maintenance of the software when necessary
• Enables the prepared software to work not only on computers but also on digital devices such as tablets or smart phones.
• Helps to establish good relations with suppliers and to make the most appropriate business/service contracts for outsourced IT services that the company will need.
• Follows the technological developments and prepares a detailed report about the software required by the company.
• Contributes to corporate learning and corporate memory by recording all stages of software development studies and operations with documents
• Researches innovations in line with the interests of the institution and constantly learns new information
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly and annual reports requested by company management.
• Carries out the different tasks given to him by senior managers that comply with the purpose and scope of his role with responsibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Computer Engineering, MIS. Electrical-Electronic Engineering or Engineering in related fields.
• Having at least 3 year's experience for mid level similar positions..
• Having software development experience in C#
• Having experience in software development with Net Core
• Having experience in designing and developing API
• Being able to write codes that comply with SOLID principles
• Having knowledge of developing applications suitable for 12 factor manifests and microservices approach
• Knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka. Elasticsearch knowledge will be asset.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL will be asset.
• Having experience in software development standards
• Having experience in test terminology and processes
• Having experience in the use of continuous integration products
• Having knowledge and experience with Git, Docker
• Having knowledge and experience in project management
• Having experience in developing software projects with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Being able to communicate effectively with different units, being solution-oriented and prone to teamwork
• Having analytical and creative thinking ability and problem solving competence
• Having advanced level of written and spoken English.
