Backend Developer (MongoDB + Golang/Java)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang or Java (minimum working knowledge required).
• Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas, queries, and performance.
• Build scalable REST APIs and backend components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Support deployment processes and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
• Contribute to improving overall system performance and reliability.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB (data modeling, indexing, performance tuning).
• Working knowledge of Golang or Java for backend development.
• Solid understanding of API development and microservice principles.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and basic DevOps workflows.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
