Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-friendly designs that align with our business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and functionality.

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback.
• Analyse user behaviour and adapt designs to improve the user experience.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs are feasible within technical constraints and meet business objectives.

Front-End Implementation:

• Translate design concepts into functional, responsive, and interactive front-end components.
• Maintain consistency in UI design and implement industry best practices.

Design Tools & Standards:

• Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping.
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and maintain design system consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap, tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.

Design Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of motion design and animation for web interfaces.
• Basic understanding of backend technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
