Senior Product Designer UX-Led, Start Jan, 3+ Months, £500-525,

My client, a large financial services company, is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer with a strong UX foundation to work on a lending programme.

This role will play a key part in shaping customer-centric journeys, designing intuitive flows, and improving digital experiences across lending products.

This will be a start in January, Inside IR35, Hybrid London and circa £500-525 per day

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX design across end-to-end journeys for commercial lending products.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs aligned to programme objectives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders across commercial banking.
• Run discovery activities including user research, insight gathering, and usability testing.
• Translate complex financial/lending requirements into simple, elegant digital experiences.
• Support strategy and design thinking across the broader Commercial Banking design environment.

Key Skills & Experience

• Senior-level Product Designer with strong UX bias.
• Prior experience in Financial Services, ideally Commercial Banking or Lending.
• Strong with end-to-end product design: research → UX → UI → prototyping → validation.
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional squads.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and experience in regulated environments.
