Scrum Master – Fintech SaaS

Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a track record in SaaS and fintech? We’re seeking a talented professional to join our fast-growing team, ensuring our agile processes run smoothly and our delivery is efficient and high-quality.

What you’ll do:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) for multiple cross-functional teams.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices to maximize performance.
• Remove impediments and proactively resolve risks to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to align priorities and maintain delivery cadence.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency and product quality.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS and fintech environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and servant leadership principles.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience scaling Agile in growing teams or fast-paced environments.
