An experienced team, with backing from industry leaders, is building a next-generation platform to power financing and investment across private capital markets. Working alongside a team in Switzerland with deep experience in structured finance, investment banking, and exited founders, this greenfield initiative is designed to become critical infrastructure for the future of digital assets and tokenized financial products.

As Lead Development / Technology, you’ll define and own the long-term technology strategy and architecture of the platform. This is not a hands-on coding role, but a leadership position requiring vision, influence, and the ability to execute at scale. You’ll lead the engineering function from the ground up, building a world-class team and delivering an enterprise-grade platform in close alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of a foundational platform for financing/investing and risk management in private capital markets.
• Define the technology roadmap and architectural blueprint, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory alignment.
• Build and lead a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and delivery excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to align technical priorities with business goals.
• Oversee budgeting, hiring, vendor selection, and delivery planning with full strategic ownership.
• Ensure robust integration and application of DLT/blockchain technologies to enable tokenization and digital asset capabilities.
• Act as the senior technical authority across the company, including engagement with board-level and institutional stakeholders.
• Align smart contract behaviour with both real-world financial analogs and DeFi primitives.

Your Profile

• Proven experience leading technology strategy and platform delivery in complex or regulated environments—ideally financial services, fintech, or capital markets.
• Strong architectural skills with deep understanding of enterprise systems, data integration, and scalable infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience working smart contract development, asset tokenization (RWA's) or decentralized derivatives.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Commercially minded and driven by outcomes; experienced in building teams and products in early-stage or high-growth settings.
• Deep knowledge of private capital markets, structured finance, fund infrastructure, or risk platforms is a strong plus.
• Fluent in producing technical roadmaps, documentation, and decision frameworks.
