This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Project Manager - Bilingual in Argentina.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager to oversee complex technology implementation projects with a focus on AI, GenAI, and contact center solutions. In this role, you will manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with strategic clients, and maintain high standards in project management practices. The ideal candidate combines technical understanding, financial acumen, and strong client-facing skills, while thriving in a structured PMO environment. This role provides an opportunity to influence large-scale technology initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of technology projects, including AI, generative AI, contact center solutions (CCaaS), and customer experience technologies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and on budget while meeting client expectations.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with strategic clients regarding project progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, prioritizing activities and aligning cross-functional teams to project objectives.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgets, revenue forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project management methodologies and PMO standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, implement change management, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in project management lifecycle, waterfall methodology, and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, change management, client engagement, finance, and communication practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Office 365.
  • Experience managing cloud-based contact center operations and implementations, particularly AWS.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, AI concepts, and generative AI technologies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
