- Recruitment and Staffing: Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Austrian company, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and offer negotiation, ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing needs for all departments.
- Employee Relations and Onboarding: Handle all procedures related to employee onboarding, contract signing, probation confirmation, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding. Maintain positive employee relations, address employee inquiries, and handle basic labor disputes.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Attendance: Manage and calculate local employee salaries, bonuses, and allowances. Administer mandatory Austrian social benefits (e.g., social insurance, health insurance, pension). Monitor employee attendance and leave.
- Training and Development: Assist in identifying employee training needs. Organize or coordinate internal and external training activities to support employee career development.
- Policy and Culture Promotion: Participate in developing and optimizing local HR policies and procedures in compliance with Austrian laws and corporate headquarters policies. Actively promote corporate culture, organize team-building activities, and enhance team cohesion.
- Group-wide Support: Responsible for systems development and management related to comprehensive maintenance, safety, HR policies, and corporate culture for both headquarters and subsidiary companies.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. A major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of comprehensive HR work experience is preferred. Local HR experience in Austria or EU countries is preferred.
- Proficient in Austrian labor law, tax regulations, and the social security system, capable of handling compliance matters independently, is preferred.
- Language Skills: Business-fluent German (CI level or above) is preferred. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills are preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with employees from diverse cultural backgrounds is preferred.
- Strong execution capability and problem-solving skills are preferred. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to adapt to a multitasking, fast-paced work environment typical of startups or overseas branches is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and common HRIS systems is preferred.
