Senior Product Designer
The future of gaming in Finland is changing – and we’re recruiting. In 2027, the Finnish license market will open, bringing a new era for iGaming. At Veikkaus, we’re preparing for this transformation - and we’re looking for passionate professionals to join us on this exciting journey.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer – iCasino to work on end-to-end design for key features and create polished concepts, prototypes, design documentation, and high-fidelity UI. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other product designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to deliver user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with business goals. Your work will shape how people experience our products, defining their look, feel, and usability while creating interactions that feel seamless, intuitive, and well-structured - ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
The position is located at Veikkaus’ headquarters in Pohjois-Haaga, Helsinki. We work flexibly in a hybrid model. The position is permanent and full-time.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other product designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to deliver user-centered solutions that balance customer needs with business goals. Your work will shape how people experience our products, defining their look, feel, and usability while creating interactions that feel seamless, intuitive, and well-structured - ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end design for key features, from concept to delivery.
- Deliver high-quality user flows, concepts, prototypes, and design documentation.
- Facilitate design workshops and help shape design outcomes .
- Mentor junior designers and review work to ensure quality.
- Balance user needs with business goals in all design decisions.
- 5+ years proven experience in product or UX design (including mentorship experience), delivering impactful experiences across platforms and channels with an app-first mindset.
- Expert knowledge of Figma, including advanced features such as auto-layout, component variants, and libraries.
- Skilled in UX architecture, interaction design, UI design, and scalable design systems.
- Effective communicator and storyteller, able to clearly articulate design rationale and ability to integrate feedback from stakeholders.
- Experienced in cross-platform products, including native iOS (Swift), native Android (Kotlin), mobile web, and desktop web.
- Proven international track record in B2C products.
- Experience in the international iGaming industry is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, or related field.
