About the Role

We are looking for an HR Generalist to ensure legal compliance, smooth daily operations, and an outstanding employee experience in our Finland office. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tampere.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth integration.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Finnish labor laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs; respond to employee inquiries.
• Support performance review cycles, goal setting, and employee development planning.
• Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Implement corporate HR policies locally and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Organize team events and engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality standards.
• Manage employment contracts, leave tracking, and administrative HR documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in IT or tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish labor legislation, tax regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll administration and benefits management.
• Proficiency in HR management systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (for communication with the main office in Ukraine).
