About The Job
You’ll be the HRBP for our Chalon-sur-Saône factory and partner with a business unit-wide, cross-functional team (e.g., R&D, Service, Sales) at a global scale. You’ll drive the people’s agenda, strengthen culture, and run core HR operations in close collaboration with our HR Shared Service Center and global HR network. Key responsibilities include:
Factory Scope
- Serve as a trusted partner to the Factory Manager and site leaders as part of the Factory Management Team
- Drive the people plan for the factory (organization, resources, competencies, Inclusion & Diversity)
- Lead annual HR cycles (performance, Compensation & Benefits, talent management, etc.)
- Maintain effective and solution-oriented labor relations
- Lead on-site communications and employer branding
- Run Group/Division/BU projects within your area of responsibility
- Support career development for factory employees
- Partner closely with the Heads of Function and managers to build and drive the people & culture plan aligned with business, global, and BU strategies
- Guide and align people and culture plans for the function in close collaboration with the HR Business Partner team
- Lead initiatives with business leaders to improve performance, develop and retain talent, and support succession planning with a strong focus on upskilling and team development
- Develop leadership capabilities and proactively challenge the organization to ensure agility, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic business priorities.
What You Know
- Extensive experience as an HR Generalist within manufacturing environments and/or business/R&D functions.
- Proven ability to partner with, coach, influence, and constructively challenge managers on leadership effectiveness and organizational topics.
- A hands-on, versatile approach—equally at ease on the shop floor and in high-level management discussions.
- Strong motivation to drive business and factory performance through people, culture, and organizational development.
- Fluent in English (corporate language) and French, both written and spoken.
- A degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related discipline is considered an asset.
