We are looking for an intern (6 months) to join our CXA Global Performance Analytics team in Neuilly sur Seine. You will be part of the global analytics team (Business Intelligence) and contribute to the analytics vision of enabling decision making based on clear analytical insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist business intelligence analysis projects, using secondary data available on demand (sell-out) either via Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (XLS) (including pivot, cubes) or from ad hoc Dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Create Dashboards to help retrieve business insights
- Support in understanding market dynamics and relationship with variables through panel data case studies
- Support Global Brand teams to track and understand their past and future performance vs. market, including key drivers. Generate and improve respective market data reports in PowerPoint Presentations (PPT)
- Present results using existing Dashboards
- Work as needed on data definition, acquisition, and quality checks
- Work on additional projects like competitive intelligence, innovation tracking, forecasting, marketing mix, or other type of analytics
- Be part of the business intelligence team and work with stakeholders across functions and countries
- Learn about the skills of market intelligence & analytics, project management, consultancy in in a global leading Fast Moving Consumer HealthCare/Goods (FMCH/G) company
- Assist in other market research projects or systems should help be required
- Experience: Previous internship in wide over the counter (OTC) or Fast Moving Consumer Goods is a plus
- Soft skills: Collaboration, reactivity, positive attitude, data-driven, rigor, ability to explain complex analytics into simple yet compelling business stories
- Technical skills: At ease with MS- Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,), Good in Math/Statistics/Strategy courses, Skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and programming (e.g., Python, R, SQL and JSON/VEGA) or data warehouse software (e.g., Snowflake) would be an asset
- Education: you are preparing a master's degree in data science/ data analysis/ and/or mathematics/statistics (master’s preferred) and you have a convention de stage delivered by your University or School.
