iyzico is seeking an experienced and visionary Product Designer to join us as a Team Leader. In this role, you will guide a team of talented designers to craft intuitive and engaging product experiences, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research to prototyping and final execution.
• Ensure design consistency, usability, and accessibility across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and execute the product vision.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Drive the evolution of the product design system to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• (Establish and) Promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Clearly communicate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders.
• Conduct user tests in the market the product will be used to get input and iterate on the designs and concepts you and the team work on
• Incorporate feedback from users, data and internal teams to refine designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advocate for best practices in user-centered design.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of product designers to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the design team.
• Set performance goals for the design team and conduct regular reviews.
• Provide constructive feedback to team members to support their growth and success.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 1 year of experience in a team management role,
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand problems, map user flows, prototype interactions, and cooperate with developers during implementation of your design
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and strategic thinking.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
• A track record of mentoring and developing designers.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Familiarity with creating and managing design systems.
• Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
• Facilitate evidence-based product and design decisions.
