What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines tailored for Unreal Engine 5 projects (previous Unreal Engine experience is not a requirement).
• Automate build, testing, and deployment workflows using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or Unreal Horde.
• Collaborate with development and art teams to identify bottlenecks and introduce automation solutions that improve delivery speed and reliability.
• Support infrastructure-as-code initiatives using tools like Terraform, ensuring scalability and consistency across environments.
• Integrate internal tools and software into production pipelines to enhance efficiency.
• Document processes and designs, and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team capability.
• Stay ahead of the curve on DevOps, Unreal Engine, and game technology trends, introducing new approaches and ideas to the team.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Build Engineering—ideally within gaming, simulation, or real-time 3D environments.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and C#.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, TeamCity, or Unreal Horde).
• Proficient across Linux and Windows environments.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
• Solid understanding of Unreal Engine’s build system and project structure.
• Experience with test automation, Perforce/Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
• Knowledge of DevSecOps principles and secure build environments.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
