Aufgaben

Agile Transformation: Unterstützung mehrerer Teams bei der Umsetzung agiler Prinzipien und Förderung einer gelebten Scrum-Kultur.
Moderation & Coaching: Leitung von Scrum-Events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospektive) und Moderation von Workshops zur Entscheidungsfindung.
Hindernisbeseitigung: Identifikation und Lösung von Blockaden im Entwicklungsprozess sowie Eskalation bei Bedarf ans Management.
Prozessoptimierung: Kontinuierliche Analyse und Verbesserung von Abläufen, Arbeitsweisen und Teamzusammenarbeit.
Kommunikation & Community-Building: Förderung von Transparenz, Wissensaustausch und Aufbau einer agilen Community über Teamgrenzen hinweg.

Profil

Qualifikationen

Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in komplexen, interdisziplinären Projektumgebungen.
Methodenkompetenz: Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP) und Skalierungsmodellen (z. B. SAFe, LeSS).
Soft Skills: Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Teams zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
Tools & Sprache: Sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence oder Azure DevOps sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
