A snapshot of your key responsibilities as Senior ICT Project Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Lead would be:

• Facilitate agile events (Scrum & Kanban), team events and continuous improvement sessions Drive the agile process
• Coach the team in Agile process, practices and tools
• Assist Product Owner to manage Product Backlog
• Estimation, forward Planning and management of dependencies
• Help to clarify goals for team and/or individuals and actions to achieve those goals.
• Support the creation and maintenance of delivery plans
  
  

Requirements:

7+ years’ experience in a similar role

Project management certification - PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent.

Proven recent and significant experience of working in an Agile environment.

PM competencies: Strong knowledge and experience of core project management competencies including budget setting and management, risk management, time, quality and resource management.

Experience of excellent communication and negotiation skills and must be effective at presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Strong experience in managing IT projects using a recognised methodology and with practical experience in techniques and tools, ideally in a similar business background of similar scale (e.g. Central Banking, financial services, etc.).

Stakeholder management, Leadership and Management: Excellent leadership skills generating commitment and passion within matrixed and direct team structures; Ability to motivate the team, foster a collaborative culture and resolve conflict; Forward thinking, with the ability to remove ambiguity creating clarity and direction. Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills to build impact and influence
