ABOUT THE TEAM

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Challenge and Optimize Algorithms: Continuously evaluate and improve data science algorithms to drive better results.
• Collaborate Closely with Data Science Teams: Partner with the data science team to ensure smooth project execution and follow the data science roadmap.
• Deep Dive into Data: Conduct in-depth analyses to monitor algorithm performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Hypothesis-Driven Ad-Hoc Analyses: Work with business teams to gather insights, generate hypotheses, and proactively drive data science improvements.
• A/B Testing and Algorithm Tuning: Perform A/B tests, analyze results, and refine algorithms based on insights.
• Applied Science: Develop MVP solutions, create scorecards, and implement rule-based solutions to meet business needs.
• KPI Development: Define success metrics and create approaches to track, evaluate, and present data clearly to all stakeholders.
• Segmentation & Personalization: Use algorithms and behavioral data to improve personalization and segmentation.
• Anomaly Detection: Build and monitor dashboards, incorporating alert mechanisms to detect anomalies in algorithms and business metrics.

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• University degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, Management, Statistics
• 2 years experience in data analysis, project & product management
• Enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex data, processes, and concepts to highlight key insights and guide decision making
• Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python is a plus.
• Familiar with digital analytics visualization tools (Looker, Qlikview, Tableau etc.)
• Communication skills - Excited to work with different functions within company, creative problem solver who thrives with ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
