We are looking for a passionate and driven Data Analytics Specialist to join our IT Team in Turin!
In this role, you will manage data-related processes and technologies to ensure data quality and consistency across the organization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance data integration, support IT projects and help shape the future of data governance and analytics, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
📊 What you’ll do
- Implement data management standards across reporting solutions.
- Monitor and support ETL and reporting processes using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
- Collaborate with teams and system integrators to validate solutions.
- Contribute to documentation of reporting tools and data flows.
- Troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
- Stay up to date on Microsoft data platform advancements.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric architecture and reporting.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Lakehouse, data modeling best practices.
- Ability to read technical documentation and solution designs.
- Basic proficiency in SQL and DAX.
- Awareness of data governance principles (quality, lineage, security).
- Knowledge of release management and CI/CD practices.
- Clear communication with stakeholders and partners.
- Team-oriented approach with Data Product Owners and business users.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Proactive mindset in identifying issues and improvements.
