We are the global leader in the production and distribution of wood products used in everything from furniture and flooring to timber-framed houses, building facades and construction. We are looking for an energetic and easy-going HR Specialist to support our growing team with key HR initiatives, particularly focused on training, recruiting and reporting.


Responsibilities of the Role

  • Develop and implement training programs across our production factories.
  • Organize personnel records in compliance with Latvian labour laws and regulations.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports to management.


Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or training roles (preferably in a production or industrial environment).
  • Fluent English and Latvian (Russian will be an advantage)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, active, and a team player with a can-do attitude.

Prasības:

  • Augstākā izglītība personāla vadībā, psiholoģijā vai līdzvērtīgā jomā;
  • Vismaz 2 gadu darba pieredze līdzvērtīgā amatā;
  • Teicamas zināšanas personāla lietvedībā un darba likumdošanā;
  • Stresa noturība, iniciatīva, komunikāciju prasmes un precizitāte;
  • Ļoti labas angļu valodu zināšanas;


Alga no 1900 EUR.
