German Speaking Junior HR Data Administration Specialist

Your Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll processes for business customers. Ensure compliance with local tax laws.
• Registration of payroll data input (e.g. travel expenses, tax changes, reimbursements, etc)
• Compiling reports for customer
• Handling service requests through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)
• Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position

Your Experience and Skills

• Fluency in German and strong command of English
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, paired with a proactive and adaptable attitude
• A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team
• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Prior experience in accounting or data management
