Join us as a Senior Product Manager @Webshare to play a key role in owning and driving core areas of the product. Webshare is a high-growth proxy service platform trusted by thousands of users around the world. Our self-serve product allows customers to easily deploy and manage proxy services, offering unmatched flexibility and control.

Webshare is a part of Oxylabs: a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge web data gathering solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses.

You’ll be joining a small, fast-paced and innovative team that deeply values thoughtful design, fast iteration, and user-first thinking. We’re now expanding the team to support continued growth and product scale. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, curious, detail-oriented, and excited to work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business.

Your day-to-day:

  • Drive product development from discovery to launch, owning specs, timelines, and iteration
  • Identify low-cost, high-impact improvements through user behavior analysis and internal feedback
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers to run experiments, write PRDs, answer implementation questions, and clarify feasibility
  • Work closely with backend engineers to understand technical constraints, especially around proxies, networking, and platform architecture
  • Guide the product designer to align features with user needs, product goals, and real usage data
  • Partner with the risk team to manage internal tool improvements that support fraud prevention and user verification
  • Support the commerce lead (in charge of CS, account management, and marketing) by running pricing experiments and incorporating customer feedback from support channels into the product roadmap
  • Help prioritize engineering work based on cost, user impact, and business goals


Your skills & experience:

  • 5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Saas infrastructure tools highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational habits
  • High product curiosity
  • Clear, proactive communication, ability to thrive in hybrid async + live collaboration
  • Comfortability using tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, or Google Analytics for hypothesis-driven development
  • Skills in writing clear documentation, specs, and feature breakdowns
  • Able to balance speed and quality while working with engineers and design


Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with proxies, scraping, or developer tools


Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:

  • Gross salary: 5000 - 6600 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies
