Pulsetto is one of the fastest-growing wellness tech companies - in 2025 we were officially recognised by Deloitte as the #1 Company to Watch in the Technology Fast 50 CE program.
You may have also seen us on Netflix’s “Don’t Die”, our founder’s Shark Tank pitch 🦈, or even heard that Cristiano Ronaldo and top NBA players use Pulsetto for recovery.
Despite the spotlight, we’re a humble team, moving fast, iterating even faster, and building the future of nervous system wellness. And now we’re expanding our team to power the next stage of global growth.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on, organised, and execution-driven Product Operations Manager who will ensure Pulsetto’s product roadmap moves forward quickly, accurately, and without bottlenecks.
This role sits at the center of Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Customer Support, and Supply Chain — making sure product updates are delivered on time, communicated clearly, and aligned across the entire company.
You will remove friction, close information gaps, manage accessories development, and support the Product Owner by taking ownership of operational execution. If you love structure, communication, and turning chaos into clarity — this role is for you.
Your Day-to-Day
- Coordinate and manage execution of all product updates for the Pulsetto core device.
- Drive forward the accessories development pipeline — from idea to delivery.
- Act as the central communication hub between Engineering, Support, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Track product improvements end-to-end and ensure tasks are closed on time.
- Collect missing information, validate details, and prepare decision-ready briefs for the Product Owner.
- Monitor cross-team dependencies and prevent misalignment or delays.
- Ensure all product changes are documented and communicated clearly across teams.
- Identify risks or potential delays early and escalate when needed.
- Comfortably handle ad-hoc operational tasks when priorities shift.
- Experience in product operations, project coordination, product management support, or a similar cross-functional role.
- Strong organisational and execution skills — you love keeping tasks moving across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication — you translate complexity into clarity.
- Ability to work independently, close loops, and remove blockers proactively.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with many moving pieces.
- A structured thinker who enjoys processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- Ownership & Accountability – You take full responsibility for tasks and outcomes.
- Proactivity – You anticipate needs and act before being asked.
- Common Sense & Prioritisation – You focus on what drives the highest business impact.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset – You bring recommendations, not just problems.
- Adaptability – You thrive in speed, change, and ambiguity.
- Collaboration & Communication – You align teams, share openly, and communicate clearly.
- Hybrid work model – 3 days in the office (Vilnius) or remote if based elsewhere.
- Fast-growing environment with clear career path opportunities (Product Ops Lead / Associate Product Manager).
- Collaboration with international teams across Engineering, Growth, and Operations.
- Office perks – including free lunch 3x per week for Vilnius team.
- Birthday day off.
- Pulsetto device for your personal well-being.
- A supportive culture where great ideas move fast.
Employment Type: Full-time
