As IT Infrastructure Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Audit and optimize IT infrastructure in existing power plants (network, servers, security, access, documentation), identify gaps and non-compliance, and propose improvements
  • Plan and design IT infrastructure for new and existing solar, wind, and biomethane power plants, including network architecture and connectivity with corporate IT and OT/SCADA systems
  • Ensure security and compliance with national and European cybersecurity and regulatory requirements, collaborating closely with cybersecurity, compliance, and technical teams
  • Manage implementation of IT infrastructure with internal teams and external vendors - preparing implementation plans, setting acceptance criteria, and overseeing testing, commissioning, and handover to operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical/Industrial Engineering, or similar
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and implementation (preferably in industrial or critical infrastructure environments)
  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, firewalls) and IT security principles
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken); proficiency in Polish would be an advantage
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and locations

It is a strong plus if you are:

  • Experienced in OT/industrial environments (SCADA, PLCs, industrial protocols)
  • Familiar with cybersecurity requirements (NIS2 directive) and/or energy sector regulations
  • Experienced in managing external vendors, integrators, and service providers

Benefits

This is a great opportunity if you want to:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of secure, compliant IT infrastructure across critical renewable energy assets in a fast-growing international company
  • Enjoy a range of benefits, including company car, health and accident insurance, Friday breakfasts, snacks, pet-friendly office, celebrations, learning and development opportunities as needed
  • Be part of the renewable energy transition by supporting projects that make a real impact on sustainability and environmental protection

Monthly salary: From €5200 gross. Final compensation is subject to mutual agreement. An additional variable remuneration component may be paid, depending on performance results.
