Location: Luxembourg, Luxembourg
Duration: 12 months contract (extension possible)
Job Type: Hybrid (2 days onsite and 3 days remote)
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with at least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights, building interactive dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) using SQL Server, SSIS, and other Microsoft BI tools.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and completeness across reporting solutions.
- Support data governance initiatives by documenting data sources, definitions, and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI reports, data quality, and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft BI stack, including:
Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Power Query)
SQL Server / T-SQL
SSIS (ETL Development)
- Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data warehouse concepts.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver clear, actionable insights.
