Network & Security Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Administer and deploy core network and security infrastructure components (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, Juniper, Cisco).
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of security systems through best practices and service monitoring.
• Provide professional and efficient support to end-users and clients, including Level 2 incident management and request fulfillment.
• Contribute to the implementation of new projects while optimizing the use of existing infrastructure services.

Profile :

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in networking and security.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting or building customer security and network infrastructures using products such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, Juniper, or Cisco.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and security components (e.g., IPSec VPN, BGP).
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player, self-motivated, highly organized, and solution-oriented.
• Fluent in English is mandatory; proficiency in German, French, and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.
