Position Title: Global Outbound Operations Analyst

Your Role

The Outbound Operations Analyst is responsible for playing a key role in managing and analyzing international shipments throughout Europe, coordinating with global partners, and ensuring the smooth product flow operation across beauty, accessory, intimate and apparel categories for the VSI business.

Your Impact

  • Monitor and analyze international shipments to ensure timely delivery to our partner warehouses
  • Support international inbound tracking across different product categories into the Netherlands
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, merchandise planners, logistics, IT, and marketing
  • Pull data from various enterprise sources (SAP,MSI, etc.) as needed
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements in daily outbound operations
  • Maintain accurate reporting data in internal systems (e.g., SAP, MSI, Excel or other ERP platforms)
  • Coordinate with travel retail team to resolve partner order or shipment discrepancies
  • Support floorset launches with operational planning and forecasting
  • Track shipment performance metrics and KPIs such as delivery accuracy, transit time, and fulfillment rates


Your Experience

  • 3 + years of experience in logistics, international shipping, or supply chain analytics
  • Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & vlookups), Word, & PowerPoint
  • SAP experience a must
  • MSI/EDW experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or related field
  • Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing a plus
  • Experience within a wholesale environment a plus
  • Ability to think analytically and creatively
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Multitask by working on orders, setup information, and data analysis from several different markets/customers at once
  • Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and international carriers a plus
