The challenge

We’re looking for a C# engineer who knows his way around complex multidisciplinary software application development for high tech products.

You will be a valuable member of an international software team, which is committed to specify and develop software in an Agile environment. It being an high tech product you can expect working together in a multidisciplinary setting, on complex problems.

You will be engaged in a combination of the following tasks:

• Work closely with the product owner, domain experts, software architect, and fellow developers—across multiple locations—to identify the most efficient and impactful ways to deliver value to customers.
• Break down complex challenges into clear, practical solutions.
• Apply Test-Driven Development and Pair/Ensemble Programming to implement robust, end-to-end solutions safely.
• Collaborate with the Software and Test Architect, as well as the team, to define and execute a comprehensive test strategy.
• Advocate for and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, focusing on code quality, infrastructure health, test reliability, and maintainability.
• Share knowledge and provide mentorship while learning from peers.
• Partner with the software architect to shape the technical roadmap, contribute ideas for product improvements, and assist in prioritizing the technical backlog.
• Continuously reflect on ways to enhance team effectiveness.
• Coordinate with various software (Scrum) teams.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate thrives in a multidisciplinary, multicultural setting, tackling complex software challenges with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a complex, high-tech environment.
• Current knowledge and proven hands-on expertise in C#, Python, ASP.NET/Web/REST API development (including modern concepts and best practices), and WPF.
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning, including Deep Convolutional Neural Networks, image processing, or related areas.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and deploying microservices within a containerized environment using orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills: able to articulate some of the toughest challenges you’ve solved and the approach you took.
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development and associated technical practices.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• A strong analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic, flexible attitude.
