What you will do
Keesing is entering the next stage of its digital evolution. After establishing a solid operational foundation with Adobe Commerce, Salesforce, our online Play-platform, Reporting and data projects, the next challenge is to turn this foundation into measurable commercial value across markets.
As Head of E-com & Digital B2C Channels, you lead this transition. You connect strategy, data and execution, enabling our country teams to grow their revenues while ensuring that investments in technology, data and digital products translate into tangible business outcomes.
Beyond optimising the existing foundation, you focus on discovering, testing and validating which engagement models (loyalty, personalization and data-driven content) and hybrid propositions truly resonate with Keesing’s audiences and how to scale these models sustainably across markets.
Your role
Management and cross-functional alignment
- You directly manage the Product Managers for CRM and Digital B2C Products, and the B2C analyst, ensuring they lead the execution within their domains while you provide strategic direction and cross-team alignment; in total 10 FTE of which 4 direct reports
- You take an explicitly hands-on role in e-commerce: working closely with the E-com team on daily operations, optimisation, testing and issue resolution to safeguard platform performance and commercial outcomes.
- You take ownership of bringing together the roadmaps of CRM, E-commerce, Digital B2C Products, Analytics and the input of the country teams into one coherent B2C execution plan.
- You identify and manage cross-team dependencies with Tech Backend, BI, Digital Development, ICT), ensuring sequencing, resource alignment and timely risk escalation.
- You establish a transparent steering rhythm that aligns strategy, delivery and operational priorities across HQ and markets and enables consistent execution of the B2C growth agenda.
Strategic leadership
- Shape and drive the group-wide direct-to-consumer strategy together with local Marketing Leads and local Digital BtoC managers.
- Lead the shift from HQ as a delivery centre to HQ as a strategic enabler for B2C growth
- Prioritise initiatives and investments based on data, business cases, proof-of-concept results and shared KPIs
- Act as a trusted partner to Country Managers and Marketing Leads, balancing local autonomy with group alignment
E-commerce
- Take end-to-end ownership of Group e-commerce operations and the overarching e-commerce roadmap
- Lead a compact in-house team and external partners to improve conversion, user experience and commercial results
- Translate customer insights, testing outcomes and platform analytics into meaningful improvements, from user flow and merchandising to payment models
- Facilitate local marketing teams in growing online subscriptions, single-copy sales and digital offerings such as Play and E-magazine as well as ‘hybrid’ propositions while ensuring stability and performance of the Magento landscape
- Turn local market needs into scalable best practices that work across regions

What you bring
Experience
• 10+ years’ experience in digital, e-commerce or direct to consumer leadership roles, ideally within media, publishing , Telco or subscription-driven environments
• Proven ability to drive online revenue growth and build digital products or engagement models
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (tech, product, marketing, data) in international matrix organisations
• Strong understanding of CRM, customer data and digital performance drivers
• Ability to translate strategy and data insights into tangible commercial outcomes

Education
• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy or similar
