User Experience Designer

We are working with a leading global brand on a mission to compete the leading fast-growing marketplace.. We're now looking for a UX Designer to join their cross-functional design team and help shape intuitive, beautiful, customer-centric experiences.

✨ What you'll be doing:

You'll become part of a collaborative design squad alongside product managers, engineers, data specialists and fellow designers.

Your role will involve:

• Turning research insights and data into clear, tangible design solutions
• Creating user journeys, flows and UI aligned with brand guidelines and an established design system
• Helping define and improve the customer experience for buyers and sellers in the marketplace
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are both user-friendly and scalable

🎨 What we're looking for:

• A strong customer-centric design approach
• A sharp eye for clean, high-quality visual design, Figma
• Solid understanding of usability principles and UX standards
• Confident facilitation skills for leading workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• An excellent team player who can communicate clearly and listen actively
• Curiosity, open-mindedness and a drive to continuously improve

Details:

• 6-month contract (likely extend)
• Hybrid / Randstad x2 days a week
• Interim payroll assignment (No ZZP)
• €70-80 per hour / €5500 net monthly salary (inc 25 days paid leave, pension contribution and expenses)
