What you’ll do
- Improve overall team performance across the engineering department
- Identify issues impacting teams and work with the MT to remove structural blockers
- Strengthen predictability, throughput and continuous improvement using agile metrics
- Observe team ceremonies and ways of working, coach based on real behaviours
- Mature retros, refinements, sprint planning and quarterly planning
- Ensure new teams are properly onboarded and set up for success
- Improve cross-team communication, collaboration and dependency management
- Support adoption of AI-supported workflows where they enhance clarity and speed
What you bring
- Proven experience coaching multiple engineering teams in a scaling tech organisation
- Strong track record improving predictability, throughput and team effectiveness
- Deep facilitation experience across retros, refinements, sprint planning and quarterly planning
- Ability to introduce and operationalise agile metrics (cycle time, throughput, flow efficiency)
- Experience building self-driven, continuously improving teams
- Expertise in cross-team collaboration and dependency management
- Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Comfortable working onsite in Utrecht

- Clear, reliable sprint predictability
- Noticeable improvement in engineering throughput
- Teams demonstrating ownership and continuous improvement
- A visible, adopted agile metrics dashboard supporting data-driven decisions
