Job Description

Join Us as a Regional HR Assistant - Part Time

  • As a Regional HR Assistant, you’ll manage HR administration processes across the entire employee lifecycle
  • You’ll act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related queries.
  • Your work will ensure compliance with Swiss regulations while supporting a smooth and efficient HR operation.
  • This role is available as a part-time opportunity with a minimum of 24.6 working hours per week


What You'll Do

In this role, you’ll provide operational HR support within agreed service timeframes, including:

As well as this, you’ll be:

  • Managing core processes such as onboarding, transfers, offboarding, absence and leave management, contract preparation, and responding to employee and manager queries.
  • Maintaining and updating employee files and records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with Swiss legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing official documents such as reference letters, employment confirmations, and documentation for authorities (e.g., unemployment office, compensation office).
  • Supporting internal and external audits and ensuring adherence to policies and practices.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees, providing guidance on HR systems and policies.
  • Collaborating with global Payroll and HR Administration teams and supporting the local HR Business Partner.
  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives, including digitalization and process optimization.


The Skills You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • General HR experience in Switzerland, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Knowledge of HR operational processes and systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • A solid understanding of Swiss HR, labor, tax, and social security legislation.
