Hard requirement:

• EU or Swiss nationality/C permit.
• 1+ years of work experience.
• Work location at least 80% onsite in our office in Zurich and potentially on client’s site.
• Top 5% both at your Bachelor and at your Master in Engineering or related quantitative field.
• Fluent English (C1).

Role

• As an AI Project Manager in Artificialy, you will work closely with our clients to understand their processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimal AI-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include pre-sales support, requirements analysis, data collection and data analysis.
• You will collaborate directly with our data scientists to design high-level project architectures, manage the team, oversee work progress and deadlines, and serve as the key liaison between the technical team and the client.
• Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to engage effectively with clients, both in-person and remotely.

Required hard skills and qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies and applications.
• Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications and transform technical specifications into actionable solutions.
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, confluence).

Desirable

• Proficiency in German.
• Experience with Python for developing and implementing AI solutions.
