Who are we looking for?

We're seeking an additional talented Mobile Games App Store Optimization Manager to reinforce our ASO team. The goal is to continuously increase the downloads of all our apps.

The ideal candidate should have at least one significant experience in App Store Optimization, with proven skills in keyword research, metadata optimization, and performance tracking. Your primary objective will be to drive continuous growth in downloads for all our mobile games.

  • The ASO Manager will create and optimize store listings to increase the visibility and conversion of our applications.
  • The perfect candidate will also be responsible for app icon briefs, screenshots and video previews with our Creative Director, designers and copywriters.
  • He or she will build, manage, and automate processes to update our keyword databases in more than 20 languages.
  • Finally, the ideal profile will follow the performance of the optimizations by analyzing our rankings, downloads and conversion.

What key skills are we seeking?

At least 2 years of experience in App Store Optimization (ASO), including keyword research, metadata optimization, and performance tracking.

Strong interest in mobile apps and digital marketing

You have strong analytical skills as you need to efficiently process a huge volume of information

Conversational English: Your grasp of conversational English allows you to engage comfortably in our international environment.

Interview process

If you have been selected amongst other candidates you will receive an email with a booking link for your initial interview.

1st step: HR initial interview: The meeting will be conducted by the Talent Acquisition Manager, and will last between 30 minutes and 1 hour. It will cover your previous experiences and the reasons why you want to join the company

2nd step: Written test to evaluate your knowledge and skills (we will give you 1 week to complete it). The test will help you to apprehend the position you are applying for, so if you like to do the test, then you will love working in our company.

3rd step: You will meet our ASO Lead Kseniya & ASO Manager Brankica, for a final interview that will last around 1 hour.

Meet your team: Kseniya is our Mobile Games ASO Lead, and Brankica is our ASO Manager. Together, they have been instrumental in driving app visibility and boosting conversions. Their combined efforts ensure our apps stand out with optimized strategies and captivating visuals across 20+ languages.
