About the role:

We are looking for a Power BI Engineer with strong experience in developing, administering, and optimizing enterprise-level Power BI solutions. The ideal candidate has an in-depth understanding of data modeling, DAX, UX/UI principles, and the full Power BI ecosystem (Service, Workspaces, Apps, Dataflows). They should be able to build scalable, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards that drive data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the Power BI Service environment, including Workspaces, Apps, Datasets, and Dataflows.
• Configure, coordinate, and monitor scheduled dataset refreshes to ensure data accuracy and availability.
• Monitor report performance, optimize efficiency, and ensure proper user access control.
• Design and develop interactive, intuitive, and scalable dashboards with a strong focus on UX/UI and effective data storytelling.
• Utilize and integrate advanced visualizations (custom visuals, bookmarks, drillthroughs, dynamic tooltips).
• Write and optimize advanced DAX expressions for dynamic calculations, complex KPIs, and high-performance data models.
• Contribute to the design and definition of the overall Power BI solution architecture, collaborating with Data Engineering, Product, and Business teams.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and provide ongoing BI support.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Power BI Service and its key components.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX and data modeling best practices.
• Strong background in building dashboards with a focus on UX/UI design.
• Solid understanding of Power BI governance, security, and user access management.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize report performance.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex data into clear insights
