WA Technology enables operators to build their own Casino, Sportsbook, Lottery and Fantasy business precisely how they envision it. We have offices across Europe and Latin America, supporting our clients with on-the-ground presence and regional expertise.

Where and how we work?

We currently have teams based in Malta, Lisbon (PT), Sofia (BG), London (UK) and Bucharest (RO). Our hybrid work model encourages regular in-person collaboration while also allowing flexibility to work remotely.

We are looking for a Product professional with Casino & Sports gaming industry experience who truly understands the needs of both Players and Operators, and who can use that knowledge to deliver next-level gaming experiences. You will own end-to-end the development of new player-facing frontends on behalf of a successful existing operator, with a dedicated and self-contained team.

The ideal candidate will be expert at understanding client business requirements and communicating them to their development team, as well as suggesting and executing on their own ideas to improve performance - thanks to their own knowledge of the market, and an analytical approach to measuring product performance.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Research and analyse the market, understand competitors and listen to users to impact the product roadmap.
• Collecting and analysing feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products.
• cTogether with commercial functions, assess value, product gaps, develop cases, and prioritize tasks, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
• With the use of data and business needs, define and build business cases for the Casino and Sports product to grow KPIs.
• Ensuring that all product developments have sufficient, detailed product requirement documents, functional specification and the best UX/UI possible by working closely with the Design team.
• Coordinating cross-functional dependencies (FE development and QA)
• Ensuring products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Run tests, obtain results and perform detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements.
• Making creative recommendations to expand product base, commercial opportunities and vision.
• Nice to have: Define and drive the gamification product strategy aligned with business and user engagement objectives.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product lifecycle within B2C environments.
• Extensive experience with online Casino and Sports products.
• Interest in following industry trends, innovations, and player behaviors.
• Solid understanding of gamification mechanics and behavioral psychology principles (e.g., motivation theories, habit loops).
• Hands-on experience working within an Agile development framework.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Proven ability to lead and support a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
• Nice to have: Basic coding knowledge or familiarity with frontend JavaScript frameworks.
