Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to support the development and enhancement of a secure, reliable, and high-quality customer profile platform. You will focus on backend application and service development, contributing to a trustworthy data landscape that protects both users and the organization. This role involves close collaboration within a cross-functional team, combining strong engineering practices with a mindset geared toward quality, security, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

You will develop backend services using modern engineering principles, with a strong emphasis on secure software development and data quality. Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining REST APIs

• Writing testable, well-structured, and maintainable code

• Developing and maintaining automated test suites

• Contributing to CI/CD pipeline development and optimization

• Working with container technologies and cloud platforms

• Applying infrastructure-as-code principles

• Collaborating closely within a cross-functional team and supporting a positive team culture

Requirements

• Extensive experience with JavaScript/TypeScript

• Strong background in backend development

• Experience working with REST APIs and basic database understanding

• Hands-on experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and containerization

• Experience with major cloud providers, preferably GCP

• Proficiency with Git and GitHub

• Ability to write secure, testable, and maintainable code

• A mindset focused on secure software development

• Experience working in cross-functional teams and fostering strong collaboration

• Previous experience with customer profile or identity-related domains (strong advantage)

You bring deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and have a strong track record of building reliable backend services in modern cloud environments. You are comfortable taking ownership, writing clean and testable code, and working with CI/CD, containers, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
